AlmondAI Inc. processes that data strictly to provide and improve the Service.

We may collect the following categories of information:

a. Account & Billing Information

Name, email, phone number, company name, login credentials, and billing details.

b. Call & Communication Data

Because AlmondAI Inc. is a voice-AI call platform, we may collect:

  • Caller and recipient phone numbers

  • Call logs, duration, routing history, voicemail data

  • Call recordings and transcripts (stored and processed only as instructed by the customer)

  • Audio, voice input, and interaction content

  • AI-generated outputs, summaries, and lead notes

c. Technical & Usage Data

Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, session data, cookies, crash logs, and usage metrics.


4. Call Recording, Monitoring, and Consent (Important)

By using AlmondAI Inc., you represent and warrant that you have obtained all legally required consent from call participants before recording, monitoring, analyzing, or transcribing calls through our Service. This is critical because:

  • Some jurisdictions require one-party consent

  • Others require all-party/two-party consent

AlmondAI Inc. does not provide legal advice, and you are the caller-of-record, not AlmondAI Inc. You accept full responsibility for complying with TCPA, TSR, CASL, PIPEDA, GDPR, Do-Not-Call laws, and local call-recording rules.

AlmondAI Inc. may display or play a recording notice if you enable it, but compliance responsibility always remains with you.


5. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

6. AI Model Training and Data Ownership

  • Customers own their call recordings, transcripts, and communication content.

  • AlmondAI Inc. owns its software, models, and systems.

AlmondAI Inc. may use anonymized, de-identified call data to improve its AI and machine learning systems. No personal identifiers are retained in that process. Customers may request opt-out at any time by emailing support@almondai.app.


7. Customer Responsibility (Critical)

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the people you contact

  • You have a lawful basis and valid consent to call, record, store, and message your contacts

  • You are the caller-of-record for all outbound activity through AlmondAI Inc.

  • AlmondAI Inc. is not liable for content generated, spoken, or sent through the Service by you, your users, or your AI agent

8. How We Share Information

We may share personal information only with:

  • Telephony and AI infrastructure providers (e.g., Twilio, transcription engines)

  • Cloud hosting platforms

  • Billing and payment processors

  • Vendors under contract who support our Service

We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse.
